While attending graduate school, Amorette began research in the field of internal medicine and became interested in the treatment of women’s health and gynecological issues, fertility, digestive disorders and general health and wellness. As a board certified herbalist in Chinese medicine, Amorette also uses an extensive herbal pharmacy—in conjunction with acupuncture—to treat these health conditions, as well as insomnia, depression, anxiety and pain management. When it comes to patient care, Amorette believes that communication, patient education and trust are key elements to a successful treatment plan. She loves being able to help her patients feel better.

In her spare time, Amorette enjoys hiking the trails around Boulder and biking around with her husband, Rich and their two little children Chloé and Rémi. She also enjoys spending time with friends and extended family, traveling, snowshoeing, reading, cooking, and taking yoga classes.
