    Our team is here to help you from the moment you choose AcuBliss until you no longer need our services. We strive to create the best experience possible for all of our patients.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We know life can be unpredictable and certain circumstances are out of your control. We do our best to accommodate our patients' schedules. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. This allows our team the time needed to offer that time to another patient in need of our services. A cancellation fee will apply if the rescheduling request is received within that requested 48-hour window.

payment and insurance

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Checks returned to us will be subject to a $25 late fee.

Some insurance policies cover acupuncture for certain conditions. Although we do not currently accept insurance payments in our office, we can provide you with a receipt detailing the correct billing codes which will help you be reimbursed for your treatment.
